Delays & Exceptions

My Twacha is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

·        Please record an unboxing video

·        Contact us within the same day of delivery

Returns or refunds will be processed only with an unboxing video as proof.
